Equal Rights, Equal Opportunity
Equal Rights, Equal
Opportunity, all of the people have a right to speak, choose, study and
anything you want to do. And opportunity is to choose want do you want in the
future life. I do not discriminate against anyone because of their: age;
gender; race, colour, ethnic, national, cultural or social origin; disability;
religion and belief, or non-belief; marital status, family circumstances or
caring responsibilities; sexual orientation and class. All disabled people from
human rights and equality prospective have the right to be included in all
courses. Under the Equal Opportunities Act we have to ensure equality and
diversity to all learners and staff. This means that the environment where the
teaching is taking place promotes equality and diversity. Diversity is the
acceptance or promotion of multiple ethnic cultures, applied to the demographic
make-up of the local area.
